Yesterday, Some guy with UCDS has activated the 210 bhp-map on the 150 bhp mondeo.
What a difference!

Have you been able to verify the actual power? I would be surprised if you actually get 210BHP without second turbo.

Are you sure is 210bhp not 180bhp? I though 210bhp is for twin turbo?

I know I do not have the actual 210bhp, but it's close, very close. I can only verify it with a proper dyno-run.
I have only one turbo, that's right, but the one I'm missing is the small one, for the lower revs, and this one is not that important to obtain the 210 bhp.

Bump: NO, it's NOT 180bhp, it is actually, really 210 bhp-map.
all thouhg, the full 210 bhp is theoreticly, but in reality it is pretty close

If I would be you, I would go for dyno-run to know how much power the car gained :)

Bump: Yep, only changed power map.
Disabled 150 hp and enabled 210 hp (power rating 3)

Have changed nothing else, yet. Planning to get another air filtre and maybe another MAF sensor

Szczerze powiem że wątpię aby w tym PCM siedziała mapa na 210 koni, przecież ten na podwójnej turbinie jak sama nazwa mówi jest inny?

With all respect, I really doubt if there is stored map in that PCM for 210bhp, as you can see the "twin turbo" clearly state that is a different engine.
I'm not surprised that you are impressed with power, but that is the magic of turbo diesel, these 30bhp does make a difference.:diabel2:
Is like with previous generation, when you switch map from 140 to 163 you could easily feel the difference, engine was more powerful from low revs etc.
Just do the dyno test to convince yourself ;)

I have seen it with my own eyes..
Using UCDS, you can do a lot of things, as you know. There are some guys in Germany, who done the same, just disabled 150/180 hp-map & enabled power rating 3 (210 hp )
You have UCDS? See for yourself. I am convinced, either way.
But I will do a dyno-run, some day.
Off course, these are theoretical figures BUT my previous map (150bhp) was chipped already to 195bhp & 450 nm torque. The current map (210hp) does better, I can really feel it, good. So, in that point of view, performance has increased.
